High Wire is just inland of Venice Beach, Florida. A conceptual design, for development by others. It is a 3 level residence, along a waterway, built for a high wire walker and one man circus performer. Raised on a cast concrete frame, there is parking at grade, a screened, open air mid level, to be infilled at a later date, and a large open living space up top. There are minimal interior divisions, and a fully glass north side opening to a deck and water views beyond. A large cantilevered overhang shades the deck.
